About Klaudia Magdalena Therapy
I am a Shetland based, integrative, trauma-informed counsellor working relationally and somatically.

I recognise that our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but in our nervous systems, bodies, and relationships. Together we can explore whatever you choose to bring with compassion - not judgement - building awareness, regulation, and meaningful change.

Life shapes us in ways boys visible and unseen. We learn to adapt, to protect, to survive. Over time, these adaptations can become patterns that quietly guide how we relate to ourselves and others.

Drawing on trauma-informed practice, somatic awareness, and integrative modalities, I support clients in exploring identity, attachment, grief and the deeper narratives beneath present-day struggles.

Healing is relational.
Growth is conscious.
And change begins in the safety of being seen.

If you're thinking of starting therapy, and wondering of the next steps, you can get in touch, or request a session, and we will plan a free, no-expectations, introductory call - as a gentle hello.

In-person sessions take place at The Mission, Lerwick. Online sessions are also available.
